Lively Connections LTD provides a comprehensive Enhanced Adult Day Service to the elderly, in accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code and all applicable laws and regulations. It is the mission of Lively Connections LTD to enable participants to continue living as independently as possible in the community while providing support and relief to their caregivers.

The philosophy of Lively Connections LTD is one of a holistic approach. We consider our clients’ physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs, as well as their family structure. We also recognize the client’s condition and the physician’s direction when carrying out the individual plan of care.

Further, we believe in fostering the rights of our clients to actively participate in their plan of care and to make informed choices. These rights permeate the various services Lively Connections LTD has to offer and remain consistent no matter where our client resides. This broad-based approach works to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and fulfills our commitment of treating our clients with dignity and respect.
